Directions: Rinse seeds. Soak seeds in water for 4 to 8 hours. Drain. Spread 2 or 3 layers deep in the bottom of a sprouting tray. Rinse or spray mist thoroughly twice a day. For juicer stems grow with the roots in 1/4" of water. Keep covered; condensation formed helps the hulls fall off. For greener leaves, cover with plastic bag and expose to bright indirect light for the last day or two. Ready in 7 to 10 days.
