Maca is a Peruvian radish that indigenous Andean peoples have used for thousands of years to increase stamina and balance hormones. The particular maca we use is grown on a spring-fed family farm at 13,000 feet and is a custom blend of red, black, and yellow varieties.

Creating the Perfect Cup:
STEP 1
For everyday use: Combine about 15-25 cacao discs with a touch of sweetener (or drink pure).
For Ceremonial use: Use 1 oz of cacao per participant.
STEP 2
Add 3/4 cup (6oz) hot water, tea, or milk (~180F) per cup of cacao.
STEP 3
Use a blender or electric frother to mix for 10 seconds.
